S A F E T Y is what we have in mind at Suite Possibilities. While it is important to be “safe”, we also recognize the importance of “in-person social interaction”, “personal contact”, “personal connection” or just simply a reason to get dressed and leave the house! So we have implemented some safety measures for our conference room users so that you and your guests can feel at ease. 

Conference Rooms

  • Table coverings have been removed & marked with social distancing
  • KAILANI Conference Room: can accommodate 15-20 people for social distancing (normally up to 45) 
  • PALILA Conference Room: can accommodate 5-7 people for social distancing (normally 12)
  • Guests that do not feel comfortable for in person meeting are able to connect via Zoom on our large screen TV for your meeting

Safety Measures

  • Door knobs and tables are sanitized between all meetings
  • Attendees should arrive prepared with a mask, gloves, wipes or personal sanitizers of their choice
  • We request if your guests do not feel well before the meetings, kindly ask them to refrain from attending and connect via Zoom
  • Hand sanitizer available upon entry/exit, ample soap available for hand washing
  • Non-contact infrared body thermometer available to safely check participants upon entry, $5 rental per meeting
  • Masks available for purchase for attendees, $1 per mask 
  • 2 oz Spray hand sanitizer available for purchase, $8

  • Contracts will be emailed to you via docu-sign 
  • invoices will be emailed to you for payment via merchant ware system (nominal fee) or you are also welcomed to mail a check to us in advance

Location and Amenities

We are conveniently located 2 minutes outside of downtown Kailua-Kona, avoiding all of that traffic! We have affordable and discount packages available for the daily-weekly-monthly users.

  • Upstairs for conference room renters use only: 2 per table seating on lanai for break, one-to-one meeting with ocean view
